The SUN-RAC CL Series is an adjustable top-of-pole mounting system designed to provide a flexible, durable solution for ground-mounted solar panels. Its adjustable design accommodates different PV module sizes and configurations, making it easy to build an array around the panels you have available.
The system supports up to six PV modules, with configurations designed for both 60- and 72-cell panels. The mounting system uses stainless-steel hardware and adjustable purlin mounts to simplify installation and allow the array to be positioned at the desired tilt angle.

Important Installation Requirements
The SUN-RAC mounting system does not include the main pole or cross beam. Both must be supplied separately. The required main pole and cross beam are 4″ nominal, 4.5″ O.D. steel pipe with a minimum Schedule 40 or 0.225-inch wall thickness. The main pole must be at least 10 feet long.
The system is designed for PV-module arrays with a maximum combined surface area of 91 sq. ft., maximum width of 205 inches, and maximum height of 67 inches. The manufacturer specifies a maximum wind speed of 80 mph and a maximum ice thickness of 1 inch at maximum wind speed. Local soil, weather, wind, and installation conditions should be evaluated before installation.
Note: Installation should follow the manufacturer’s requirements and applicable local engineering and building practices. The mounting system is an installation component and does not include the foundation, main pole, or cross beam.
